The Magazine

An independently owned and published community news magazine - high gloss, full colour, A4 format. Delivered to homes, businesses, and community locations in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane, Queensland, since 1994. Suburbs covered include: The Gap, Ashgrove, West Ashgrove, St John's Wood, Keperra, Red Hill, Bardon, Paddington, and Newmarket.

Distribution Area

The map below shows our current distribution areas. Note: letterbox distribution is limited in some areas due to the availability of walkers. Bulk supplies are also distributed to key business and office locations in the area. We have The Western Echo Stands at 6 locations: The Gap Village; Planet Marketing office on Koorong Street, The Gap; West Ashgrove – Near Smokin’ Joes Pizza & Bar; Jonty Bush MP Office – Ashgrove; Enoggera Night Owl – Enoggera; and Bardon Village – near the Bardon Bakehouse.
